This role supports global payroll and workforce management systems for the company, including day-to-day operations and implementing new systems. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring systems, data migration, testing, and user training. The role also involves collaborating with international teams in a 'follow the sun' support model and solving business problems with practical solutions.
