Job Description:

The Payroll System Analyst supports global payroll and workforce management systems for the company. The role involves day-to-day operations, system implementations, working with international teams, and projects such as requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and training.

Job Responsibility:

Support global payroll and workforce management systems
Day-to-day operations and new system implementations
Work with international teams in a follow-the-sun support model
Gather requirements
Configure systems
Migrate data
Test and train users

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in high-volume payroll operations with a strong understanding of the full time and pay lifecycle
Skilled in configuring time and pay systems
Developing process maps
Creating standard operating procedures

Nice to have:

Technical advice to improve system performance
Staying up to date with new technologies
Solving business problems with practical solutions
