On behalf of a prominent Group of Companies with a diverse portfolio and an expansive workforce, we are seeking an accomplished Payroll Supervisor to spearhead the evolution of their payroll function toward digital maturity and operational excellence. Operating within a complex, multi-entity environment, you will serve as a Strategic Operational Lead - moving beyond administrative oversight to implement automated workflows, ensure absolute legislative governance, and provide high-level advisory support to the Group's Total Rewards framework.
Job Responsibility:
oversee the full payroll lifecycle for multiple legal entities, ensuring 100% accuracy in calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements
identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual payroll tasks
develop and implement workflows to minimize human error and increase processing speed
act as the Subject Matter Expert on Greek Labor Law and Social Security regulations (ERGANI II, Digital Work Card) - ensuring the Group remains fully compliant and audit-ready
perform rigorous cross-entity audits and reconciliations - maintaining absolute data consistency between Payroll, HRIS, and Accounting systems
design and present consolidated labor cost reports, budget variance analysis and headcount trends to the Group's Leadership and finance departments
partner with HR to administer compensation & benefits programs (bonuses, health plans, etc.), ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the payroll infrastructure
Requirements:
5–7+ years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a Group of Companies or a complex
analytical mindset

bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
fluency in both Greek and English
advanced PC and literacy skills, with proven experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and utilizing HR metrics to inform decisions
