We are looking for a skilled Payroll Supervisor or Manager to oversee payroll operations in a nonprofit organization based in Boise, Idaho. This contract position requires expertise in managing bi-weekly payroll processes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle bi-weekly payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Handle payroll taxes, including calculation, reporting, and reconciliation
Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to policies
Allocate payroll expenses in accordance with grant funding requirements
Maintain internal payroll policies and implement necessary controls
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll operations
Oversee payroll for a workforce exceeding 500 employees
Manage payroll processes across multiple states
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management
Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
Ability to manage bi-weekly payroll for large teams
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and grant funding allocations
Strong analytical skills for payroll audits and reconciliations
