We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor or Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing full-cycle payroll operations for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multi-state jurisdictions. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Oversee payroll operations for a workforce exceeding 500 employees across multiple states
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now software to process and manage payroll tasks effectively
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including tax filings and year-end reporting
  • Document payroll procedures and maintain organized records to support operational consistency
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies with attention to detail and efficiency
