We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Seven Hills, Ohio. Job Responsibility:
Oversee the full cycle of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Manage multi-state payroll processing for employees across various locations
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll tasks efficiently and effectively
Process biweekly and weekly payroll for over 500 employees
Ensure timely preparation and submission of payroll reports and records
Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data
Implement best practices to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
Provide guidance and support to payroll staff as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or supervision
Proficiency in full-cycle payroll operations, including processing and reporting
Hands-on experience with multi-state payroll practices
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll software such as Dayforce
Proven ability to process payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees
Strong understanding of payroll-related tax regulations and labor laws
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
