We’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to oversee and execute payroll operations for a dynamic and growing workforce. This role is critical in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
Job Responsibility
Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple pay groups
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Maintain payroll records and employee data
Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Support audits and reporting related to payroll
Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and benefits
Requirements
2–5 years of payroll experience
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
