Job Description:

Lead payroll processing and compliance for a dynamic, innovative company offering excellent career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently
Manage all statutory compliance related to payroll
Calculate and process full and final settlements for departing employees
Calculate and process salary increments and bonuses
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and provide salary journal vouchers as required by the finance department
Manage income tax declarations and withholding tax calculations
Process CTC reimbursements

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
Proven ability to manage payroll for a significant number of employees
Expert knowledge of Japanese payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with payroll software (specific systems to be discussed during the interview)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in Japanese and Business level English
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, HR)
