Are you a motivated Payroll Specialist looking to take on a dynamic and broad-ranging role? A well-established company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between the internal team and the external payroll provider. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end data flow to ensure accuracy and compliance. Job Responsibility:
Take full ownership of the data flow between the company and the external provider, ensuring the seamless execution of monthly payroll for both HQ and retail staff
Lead the meticulous management of the ERGANI platform (hiring, terminations, schedule changes, and overtime) to ensure real-time regulatory compliance
Serve as the internal expert on Greek labor legislation and Social Security (EFKA) regulations, advising management on updates that impact retail and corporate operations
Generate and analyze complex monthly reports on payroll costs, provisions, headcount evolution, and budget variances to provide actionable financial insights
Conduct regular internal audits of payroll data and employee files (digital and physical) to ensure readiness for any labor inspectorate or social security reviews
Oversee the accurate tracking of leaves, sick days, and benefits, ensuring they are correctly reflected in the final payroll calculations
Requirements:
2–4 years of solid experience in an Payroll Specialist or HR Coordinator role
Strong familiarity with Greek Labor Law and Health & Safety regulations
Exceptional organizational skills

Deep familiarity with Greek Labor Law, ERGANI, and Social Security frameworks
native-level fluency in Greek and professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
