Job Description:

Temporary Payroll Specialist position in Winchester for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and organisation. The role involves managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining records, and collaborating with HR.

Job Responsibility:

Manage payroll processing for employees with utmost accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and best practises
Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Collaborate with HR to ensure timely updates on employee status changes and new hires
Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and audits

Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
