Payroll Specialist

• Process full-cycle payroll, including calculating gross-to-net pay for employees across multiple states and business units
• Utilize Workday and ADP Workforce Now to ensure accurate and efficient payroll management
• Handle multi-state payroll processing for organizations with over 500 employees, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage data, create reports, and perform payroll reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide exceptional support in customer-facing interactions
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely and thorough manner
• Assist with timekeeping processes, including experience with Kronos Dimensions, to ensure accurate time data
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
• Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal stakeholders as needed

• At least 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including full-cycle payroll (gross to net)
• Proficiency in multi-state payroll operations for large organizations
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as Workday and ADP Workforce Now
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
• Experience in fast-paced payroll environments, demonstrating the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Kronos Dimensions is a plus
