Navigate union rules, deductions, and compliance requirements
Ensure accurate time tracking across job sites and crews
Handle payroll adjustments, audits, and reporting
Partner with HR & field teams to resolve discrepancies quickly
Requirements
Hands-on experience with construction or union payroll
Strong working knowledge of prevailing wage & union agreements
Comfort in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
