Payroll Specialist

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to meet all payroll deadlines without delays
• Lead and support payroll-related projects, collaborating across departments to achieve timely and successful execution
• Continuously improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and driving automation where applicable
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports and analytics to senior management, ensuring transparency and regulatory alignment
• Identify, analyze, and resolve payroll discrepancies or escalated issues by conducting root cause analysis and applying corrective measures

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specializing in payroll in manufacturing or construction sector
• In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, tax systems, and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• A Master's degree (MSc or MBA) is considered an asset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects with a solution-oriented mindset
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
