Process full-cycle payroll operations for the organization with accuracy and timeliness
Manage payroll for under 100 employees, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update payroll records and financial data
Handle accounts payable tasks including verifying invoices and processing payments
Collaborate with team members to ensure cross-training in payroll-related functions
Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights to management
Maintain up-to-date employee payment records and resolve any discrepancies
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, calculations, and reporting purposes
Requirements:
Familiarity with managing payroll for small businesses or under 100 employees
