This position works within the Time and Labor team to help support day to day activities such as historical edits and payroll self-service issues. The role assists with providing support to internal customers concerning payroll and time and attendance practices.
Job Responsibility:
Assists with payroll and time administration for North America
Responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery for all BD associates
Shared responsibility for the successful administration of outsourced payroll for North America associates
Help ensure data/time uploads are conducted in a timely and accurate manner
Analyze bi-weekly audits
Proactively ensures new hires attain timely access to the time keeping system
Assist as needed with project related duties
Using MS Excel, manage data needed for payroll projects
Assist with Tier One phone inquiries and case management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years basic office experience
Strongly prefer experience in ADP Enterprise eTime, Kronos, Workforce Now
Experience working in mid/large complex environment
Payroll and timekeeping strongly experience desired
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate in a precise and clear manner
Strong interpersonal skills
able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal/external contacts
Nice to have:
Experience with SAP desired
Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel and Word
Knowledge of payroll policy and practice across US, Puerto Rico and Canada is a plus
Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze, and correct time and payroll data
