Job Description:

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an experienced Payroll specialist to join a team of 3. For the right candidate, this is a long term opportunity! The ideal candidate would have over 3-5 years of experience in payroll. The candidate must be bilingual French and English, and assets include being a member of the Canadian payroll association, experience with Nethris, excel and processing of commissions / bonuses. Job Responsibility:

Participate in the full cycle of payroll
Payroll of 550ee, divided by 3 members in the team
Quebec and Ontario non-unionized payroll
Process commissions / bonuses
Process employee benefits
Participate in all year end tasks, T4,R1,ROEs and more

Requirements:

3-5 + years of experience in Payroll
Excellent communication skills in French with a minimum of functional English (7/10)
Member of the Canadian payroll association a strong asset
Must be a team-player, must be organized and meticulous in your work

Nice to have:

Member of the Canadian payroll association
Experience with Nethris
Excel
Processing of commissions / bonuses
