Job Description

We’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to oversee and execute payroll operations for a dynamic and growing workforce. This role is critical in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Job Responsibility

  • Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple pay groups
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data
  • Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Support audits and reporting related to payroll
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and benefits

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of payroll experience
