We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our healthcare team in El Cajon, California. In this role, you will take charge of managing payroll processes for both semi-monthly and bi-weekly pay cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. Job Responsibility

  • Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer and oversee payroll activities for multi-state operations, adhering to compliance standards
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll data and generate reports
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and other specialists to address payroll-related inquiries and issues
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, including tax forms and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and reconciling payroll accounts
  • Support audits by preparing necessary payroll documentation and reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll operations

Requirements
