Expression of Interest: iChris / Chris21 Payroll Specialists - various locations. We are building a talent pipeline for several upcoming Permanent and Contract roles across NSW that specifically require iChris or Chris21 proficiency. These positions offer hybrid working models, combining the flexibility of home with collaborative office days.
Job Responsibility:
Managing daily and fortnightly cycles
Managing month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations and reporting
Resolving internal and external payroll enquiries
Leading and guiding a team through complex end-to-end processing and compliance
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a full-function, end-to-end payroll environment using iChris or Chris21
Confident managing daily and fortnightly cycles with a high level of accuracy
Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and modern award interpretation
Approachable communication style to resolve internal and external payroll enquiries
Over 7 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 of the last 5 years working extensively with Chris21 or iChris
Technical expertise in managing month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations and reporting
Previous experience with system migrations or software integrations is highly beneficial
A deep, technical understanding of Australian payroll legislation and a strong track record of interpreting complex Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EBAs)
An approachable, supportive style with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder enquiries with clarity
Proven ability to lead and guide a team through complex end-to-end processing and compliance
