Our company is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in the downtown area. This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain employee payroll records, update information, and resolve discrepancies
Handle payroll deductions, benefits, and taxes according to guidelines
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from staff and management
Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed
Support month-end and year-end payroll procedures
Assist with audits and ensure confidentiality of payroll data
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
1+ years of payroll experience required
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
