Job Description

Randstad has partnered with a leading, dynamic manufacturing organization looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join their team, located in Cambridge.

Job Responsibility

End-to-end processing of accurate and timely payroll for all team members
Managing and executing complex US payroll requirements in compliance with local regulations
Utilizing ADP Workforce Now to maintain precise employee records, hours, and deductions
Supporting the payroll team with an ongoing system implementation project
Collaborating with the HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies or inquiries
Assisting with Quebec payroll processing and compliance as required

Requirements

5+ years of dedicated payroll experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Proven expertise using ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of US payroll
Direct experience or strong knowledge of system implementations and Quebec payroll is considered a major asset
Capability to work fully onsite at the Cambridge location and commit to the full 1-year contract duration
