This role is responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly
Ensure compliance with tax laws and payroll regulations
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
Assist with year-end reporting and audits
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
Associate’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
Experience with ADP payroll systems (a strong plus)
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
