Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to help assist local clients with their ongoing needs on a contract basis. The ideal candidate has experience managing a company's payroll system, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

Job Responsibility:

Processing payroll for employees including checks and transfers
Updating employee payroll records
Working with HR department to ensure accurate employee data
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Preparing and maintaining accurate reports
Ensuring compliance with state and federal tax laws
Addressing employee payroll queries
Implementing payroll best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Experience managing a company's payroll system
Strong background in payroll administration
