Job Responsibility:
Process weekly or biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
Review and verify employee timecards and payroll data
Maintain payroll records and documentation
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation
Ensure payroll processes follow company policies and regulations
Respond to employee payroll inquiries
Requirements:
3+ years of payroll processing experience preferred
Experience working with payroll systems or HRIS platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage sensitive payroll information with confidentiality
