Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key role in efficient payroll processing and reporting, utilizing Workday software to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Workday
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in Workday
  • Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies using Workday features
  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with year-end payroll procedures and reporting

Requirements
