Job Description

Our client is hiring a Payroll professional to support payroll operations during a major system implementation. The selected consultant will help ensure payroll accuracy and continuity while supporting key implementation tasks. The ideal candidate will bring payroll experience with hands-on involvement in system implementation, testing, data migration, or operational backfill.

Job Responsibility

  • Process payroll transactions and maintain payroll records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support payroll operations during the transition
  • Participate in testing, reconciliation, data validation, and migration support
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies during implementation
  • Assist with payroll-related reporting and audit support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth conversion and minimal disruption to payroll processing
  • Provide day-to-day payroll support while implementation work is underway

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll processing and payroll administration
  • Hands-on implementation support experience, including testing, data migration, reconciliation, or backfill
