Are you a high-level payroll practitioner who thrives in complex, large-scale environments? Our client is seeking two experienced Payroll Specialists to join a high-performing Payroll Governance team. This is a hands-on, role where you will hit the ground running, leveraging your deep technical expertise to ensure compliance and accuracy across a multi-award workforce. About the Role - This is not an administrative back-office position; it is a specialist role for a true payroll professional. You will be responsible for: Executing end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse, multi-award workforce. Running full pay cycles independently, including the management of off-cycle and ad hoc payments. Applying expert knowledge to accurately calculate complex final entitlements and settlement figures, specifically regarding Long Service Leave and terminations, ensuring strict associated regulatory and tax compliance. Ensuring rigorous compliance with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and various Enterprise Agreements. Navigating SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll) with confidence to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies. Supporting critical compliance activities, including STP reporting and month-end/year-end reconciliations. Liaising with HR and Finance stakeholders to provide expert advice on payroll queries and award interpretation. ...
