Requirements:
3+ years of hands‑on payroll experience, including multi‑state, multi-FEIN, & Canadian payroll processing
0+ years of experience in benefits administration or a strong demonstrated interest in growing in this area
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and compliance requirements for the US and Canada
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems (ADP and SAP Success Factors strongly preferred)
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or progress toward certification
Experience supporting HRIS, Benefits, and Total Rewards Functions
