Job Description

We are looking for a person who can provide expertise in and secure the operation of local payroll and payroll-related tasks. You will work closely with the Country Total Rewards team and GBO(Global Business Operations team, located in Shanghai) to deliver excellent co-worker experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Secure the country payroll process in partnership with the GBO team
  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations by applying local payroll expertise and country policies
  • Execute and support country total rewards operations and related administrative processes
  • Provide payroll and total rewards expertise to local stakeholders and business partners
  • Coordinate with GBO, social security, pension and external vendors to ensure efficient administration support
  • Continuously improve payroll processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Support co-workers and People & Culture teams with payroll and related benefits inquiries
  • Contribute to a positive co-worker experience through accurate, timely and service-oriented support

Requirements

  • Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of payroll or payroll-related experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and contribute positively to team success
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with local and global stakeholders in an international environment
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic business environment with an open and flexible mindset
  • Knowledge of payroll and processing to ensure co-workers receive the right pay at the right time, including tax, social security reporting and input to financial accounting
  • Knowledge of implementing and maintaining payroll-related policies, standards and compliance requirements
  • Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
