Abacus Payroll Inc., our affiliate payroll company, is seeking a part-time payroll clerk and office support team member in our Hammonton, NJ office location.
Job Responsibility:
Sort and assemble payroll packages according to client number
Prepare payroll packages to be shipped to clients to meet timeline and delivery expectations
Abide by all payroll package checklists to maintain tracking accuracy and data security
Comply with security procedures and policies that protect client information
Notify the appropriate parties if output is missing or incorrect
Review/update daily processing reports
Prepare quarterly tax returns for shipping
Light customer service and miscellaneous office work
Requirements:
