Job Description:

Abacus Payroll Inc., our affiliate payroll company, is seeking a part-time payroll clerk and office support team member in our Hammonton, NJ office location.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sort and assemble payroll packages according to client number
  • Prepare payroll packages to be shipped to clients to meet timeline and delivery expectations
  • Abide by all payroll package checklists to maintain tracking accuracy and data security
  • Comply with security procedures and policies that protect client information
  • Notify the appropriate parties if output is missing or incorrect
  • Review/update daily processing reports
  • Prepare quarterly tax returns for shipping
  • Light customer service and miscellaneous office work
