Job Description:

Embark on a significant up to 16-month contract opportunity as a Payroll Senior Test Analyst within a large-scale ERP prgram. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of SAP systems through comprehensive testing and analysis, helping to transform end-to-end business processes in alignment with new ERP system designs. You will join a growing team dedicated to improving staff efficiency and providing a robust, sustainable platform for future growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and execute testing activities across the program, including the creation of testing artifacts such as test plans and summary reports
  • Derive and produce test cases and associated data from detailed requirements, ensuring ongoing maintenance and traceability
  • Execute test cases across SAP S/4HANA modules and document results with a strong emphasis on accurate reporting and defect tracking
  • Collaborate closely with support teams, system integrators, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve identified issues and ensure system compliance
  • Mentor and guide subject matter experts while assisting the Test Manager in test estimations and the implementation of assurance processes
  • Monitor testing progress to ensure strict adherence to industry standards, methodologies, and internal templates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Test Analyst, specifically within technology support and maintenance of complex systems
  • In-depth SAP expertise, including experience with ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors Employee Central in large, complex environments
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade with measurable contributions to project outcomes
  • Strong background in testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Cloud ALM/CALM) and a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, non-technical business language for diverse stakeholders
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in a high-pressure environment
