Job Responsibility

Coordinate and manage payroll inputs for a workforce of approximately 140 employees, including salaried and hourly staff
Prepare, validate, and transmit payroll data to the third-party payroll processor
Ensure accuracy by reviewing payroll registers and securing internal approvals prior to submission
Handle garnishments and maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Paycom representatives weekly to resolve system issues and optimize functionality
Troubleshoot payroll and Paycom-specific challenges to maintain smooth operations
Support ongoing improvements to payroll processes following system implementation
Compile and reconcile payroll data, including reimbursements, expenses, and adjustments
Act as a liaison between HR, the third-party processor, and Paycom to ensure effective communication and operations

2–4 years of experience in payroll, benefits, HR operations—or a combination
Experience with UKG software strongly preferred

Act as Tier 1 support for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR processes
