We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate processing of payroll data, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining compliance with tax regulations. Job Responsibility:

  • Enter employee time data from timesheets, production records, or time cards into the payroll system
  • Review and balance payroll runs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and process federal, state, and local tax payments in a timely manner
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform job functions efficiently
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to resolve payroll-related discrepancies
