Job Responsibility
entering and validating payroll data in Workday and local payroll systems
processing employee changes (new hires, terminations, updates to personal and payroll data)
reviewing and auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy before payroll execution
administering taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related deductions
coordinating with HR to ensure timely and accurate employee data updates
executing and monitoring payroll interfaces with external vendors
handling employee queries via ticketing systems in line with SLAs
supporting payroll processes across multiple countries when needed
contributing to process improvements and system-related initiatives
Requirements
have 1–2 years of experience in payroll
have experience working with HR/payroll data and systems
demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders
have a good command of English for working in an international environment
