We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Payroll Optimization Lead for our client from the pharmacetical industry. Job Responsibility

  • entering and validating payroll data in Workday and local payroll systems
  • processing employee changes (new hires, terminations, updates to personal and payroll data)
  • reviewing and auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy before payroll execution
  • administering taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related deductions
  • coordinating with HR to ensure timely and accurate employee data updates
  • executing and monitoring payroll interfaces with external vendors
  • handling employee queries via ticketing systems in line with SLAs
  • supporting payroll processes across multiple countries when needed
  • contributing to process improvements and system-related initiatives

Requirements

  • have 1–2 years of experience in payroll
  • have experience working with HR/payroll data and systems
  • demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders
  • have a good command of English for working in an international environment
