We are seeking an analytical and proactive professional to join the Americas Payroll team. This role is responsible for executing process improvement initiatives using the Payroll Optimization Model to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and generate time savings. The position will also support KPI reporting and analysis, collaborate with local functional teams, participate in optimization projects, and ensure service delivery in line with established SLAs, KPIs, and audit requirements. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong data analytics skills
Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Power BI is a plus
Knowledge of Python, C#, SQL or any other programming language is preferred
Intermediate English oral and written communication skills (not mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and proactively communicate throughout the process
