We are seeking an analytical and proactive professional to join the Americas Payroll team. This role is responsible for executing process improvement initiatives using the Payroll Optimization Model to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and generate time savings. The position will also support KPI reporting and analysis, collaborate with local functional teams, participate in optimization projects, and ensure service delivery in line with established SLAs, KPIs, and audit requirements. Your Impact: Process data for KPI analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and availability for performance tracking. Maintain continuous communication and provide support to local functional teams. Actively participate in optimization projects. Ensure excellent customer service throughout optimization projects. Deliver services in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs. Ensure documentation is completed and available for audit preparation.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python, C#, SQL or any other programming language is preferred
  • Intermediate English oral and written communication skills (not mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and proactively communicate throughout the process
