Job Description:

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment
  • Execute and follow-up of route assignment, changes, and terminations requests
  • Perform audits and reviews to ensure that route information for our sales population (~18K employees) is being managed accurately, validating employee status, position, and assigned routes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting various initiatives and special projects like Route Reengineering
  • Work with systems such as Sales WFM+, EC, and SAP for data validation and analysis
  • Document process updates whenever technology enhancements, internal initiatives, or new controls are introduced

Requirements:

  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills (data validation, formulas, pivots, lookups, etc.)
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams
  • Experience in HR Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP, EC, or SWFM+ is a plus

  • Full-cycle processing of semi-monthly US payroll for 1000+ employees working in over 38 states while incorporating payroll data from multiple internal departments and external benefit providers. This includes maintaining supporting documentation and authorization for all changes
  • Responsible for creating reconciliation reports at month end, fiscal year end, and at the calendar year end for 401k, benefits, and Equity awards
  • May be responsible for preparing and keying multiple journal entries, weekly, monthly and as necessary for payroll related items
