Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are a high-profile, sucessful business headquartered in Brisbane's city fringe. They are seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
Job Responsibility:
Updating and maintaining of employee records
New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
Award interpretation
Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, ideally within high-volume environments
Experience using a large payroll system (eg. SAP, iChris/Chris21, Preceda, Dayforce, Aurion, etc.)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands and meet performance KPIs
Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
