Randstad is looking for a Payroll Officer on behalf of a highly innovative and pioneering company in the Information Technology and Communications sector.
Job Responsibility:
Collect, verify, and record monthly payroll data (time attendances, absences, sickness leaves, overtimes, bonuses, terminations)
Be the main point of contact for the payroll, manage employees’ inquiries related to payroll
Tracking and recording changes in salaries, job titles, transfers, and organizational changes, and updating relevant ERP system
Liaising with external payroll partners to ensure accurate monthly issuance
Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation and ensure practical implementation
Analyze payroll data to prepare reports for decision-making
Providing support on labor law issues and collaborating with legal/labor consultants
Participating in various HR/ Payroll department projects related to labor or administrative topics
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Strong organizational & time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders
Responsibility and consistency
Flexibility and adaptability
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and procedures
Familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of Pylon ERP will be considered a plus
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
Excellent organizational skills, consistency, and a strong sense of confidentiality
Nice to have:
