Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their small team on a full-time and permanent basis. You will report into a highly experienced manager and be responsible for the end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payruns for their Australian employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform all duties for end-to-end payroll processing
  • Complete accurate data migration into new Payroll system: ADP Payforce
  • Process terminations, redundancies and leave
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation, and maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge
  • Undertake other duties as directed, including coverage of leave periods
  • Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues

Requirements:

  • Experience using ADP Payforce and or Realtime is desirable
  • 4+ years in a processing payruns
  • Award interpretation skills
  • Good time-keeping and attention to detail
  • Full Australian working rights
