Job Responsibility:
Managing a varied portfolio of payroll clients
Running weekly and monthly payrolls with high volumes
Supervising and supporting a small payroll team
Reviewing payroll processes and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
Handling payroll queries and resolving escalated issues efficiently
Supporting continuous improvement within the payroll function
Building strong internal and client relationships
Requirements:
Extensive experience in payroll within a bureau, practice or multi-client environment
Proven ability to manage weekly and monthly payrolls at volume
Strong technical payroll knowledge and attention to detail
Experience supervising, managing, or mentoring payroll staff
Excellent organisational and communication skills
