Payroll Manager

• Oversee and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce of over 14,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead and motivate a payroll team across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and engagement
• Administer multi-state payroll processes, including tax remittance, W2 preparation, and manual corrections
• Support payroll operations within existing HRIS systems, including InforGHR and UKG Pro
• Partner with HR and other departments to streamline payroll operations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure payroll tax filings are accurate and timely, adhering to federal and state regulations
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for payroll staff to build a positive workplace culture
• Maintain autonomy in managing complex payroll scenarios, including benefit deductions and varied pay codes
• Facilitate the transition to new timekeeping systems while minimizing disruptions to payroll processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and troubleshooting

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle payroll management for large organizations
• Expertise in multi-state payroll processes, including compliance with payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS payroll systems such as InforGHR and UKG Pro
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and enhance engagement
• Proven ability to manage bi-weekly payroll cycles with minimal errors
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex payroll scenarios autonomously
• Knowledge of payroll tax reporting and returns processes

Experience in hospital or healthcare payroll operations is highly desirable
