Job Responsibility:
Manage and process full-cycle payroll for over 500 employees across multiple states and Canada
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to ensure timely and accurate bi-monthly payroll processing
Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including multi-state payroll laws
Administer leave of absence payments and ensure proper tracking and reconciliation
Handle benefits payroll operations, including 401(k) contributions and benefits reconciliations
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Lead efforts to improve payroll systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Monitor and implement changes in payroll regulations to maintain compliance
Prepare detailed payroll reports and analyses for management review
Provide guidance and training to payroll staff to enhance team performance
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing payroll operations
Expertise in full-cycle payroll, including multi-state and Canadian payroll
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting
Strong knowledge of bi-monthly payroll practices and regulations
Experience handling payroll for organizations with over 500 employees
Familiarity with administering leave of absence payments and benefits reconciliations
In-depth understanding of compliance requirements for payroll and benefits
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
