Job Responsibility:
Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce of 130-140 employees on a weekly schedule
Ensure accurate and compliant multi-state payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now
Administer employee benefits programs, including coordination with Harvard Pilgrim plans
Handle employee reimbursements and ensure timely processing of related payments
Generate detailed payroll and financial reports to support organizational decision-making
Collaborate with HR and finance teams on various projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Assist in bilingual communication when necessary to support diverse employee needs
