Job Responsibility:
Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing for a workforce of over 500 employees
Oversee multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state and federal regulations
Utilize Workday to process payroll and generate reports, ensuring seamless system functionality
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing support and clear communication to employees
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll-related processes and address any issues
Maintain payroll records and documentation in an organized and secure manner
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll operations
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, including full-cycle payroll processing
Expertise in handling payroll for organizations with over 500 employees
Proven experience managing multi-state payroll operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
Proficiency in using Workday software for payroll processing and reporting
Strong knowledge of tax laws, compliance standards, and payroll best practices
