Job Description:

A highly skilled Payroll Manager is sought to manage payroll operations in Seneca Falls, New York. The role involves processing payroll, maintaining compliance with regulations, collaborating with HR and Finance, and addressing payroll discrepancies.

Job Responsibility:

Process payroll with precision and adherence to deadlines
Update and maintain employee payroll records, including details on salaries, benefits, tax withholdings, and garnishments
Ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations
Reconcile payroll accounts regularly and address any discrepancies promptly
Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and system alignment
Manage off-cycle payrolls, including bonuses, commissions, and other special payments
Act as the contact for payroll-related audits and internal inquiries
Research and address legislative changes impacting payroll operations, ensuring the organization remains compliant.

Requirements:

Proven experience in payroll management with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy
Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
