We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large-scale workforce. In this long-term contract role, you will manage payroll processes with precision and ensure compliance across multiple states.
Job Responsibility:
Administer end-to-end payroll processes for a workforce of over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state-specific regulations and compliance requirements
Utilize Paylocity to process payroll efficiently and maintain accurate records
Oversee payroll reporting and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with company policies
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, providing prompt and effective solutions
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Conduct audits of payroll systems and processes to identify and implement improvements
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll matters with professionalism and clarity
Prepare detailed payroll reports for management review and analysis
Requirements:
Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations for large organizations
Expertise in handling multi-state payroll processes and compliance
Proficiency with Paylocity is a must have
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing employee inquiries
Experience with payroll reporting and data reconciliation
