Payroll Manager

• Oversee payroll processing for employees across multiple states
• Review and approve payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and state-specific deductions
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and complex multi-state payroll issues
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Monitor and implement state-specific tax requirements, payroll deductions, and other legal obligations
• Maintain payroll systems and configurations
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll inquiries
• Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists
• Coordinate and prepare for payroll audits
