Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of ADP payroll systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in process transformation and ensure payroll excellence across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the project management and execution of ADP Workforce Now (or relevant ADP product) implementation
Oversee payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, the implementation team, and ADP support
Document, test, and optimize new payroll workflows, policies, and controls
Analyze current payroll processes and recommend improvements
Ensure successful data migration, system integrations, and parallel payroll testing
Train and support payroll and HR staff on the new ADP system
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulatory changes
Generate reports and provide actionable payroll analytics for management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Payroll Manager
strong background leading payroll system implementations, specifically ADP is required
In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, labor legislation, and compliance
Strong project management skills
experience with data migration and system integration
Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder relationship management
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems
Nice to have:
Payroll certifications (FPC, CPP) are a plus
