Payroll Manager

• Process payroll from start to finish for a staff population of approximately 30+ employees while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Administer payroll activities in ADP Workforce Now, including data review, updates, and validation of payroll records
• Ensure payroll calculations such as earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments are completed correctly before each pay cycle
• Manage multi-state payroll requirements and help maintain compliance with applicable wage and tax regulations
• Review employee payroll changes including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, and other status changes
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, responding promptly to questions from employees and internal stakeholders
• Maintain organized payroll documentation and support reporting needs related to payroll processing and audits

• 5+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of full-cycle payroll administration
• Hands-on experience processing multi-state payroll in a high-accuracy environment
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and record management
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll laws, tax practices, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience supporting payroll volumes of 500+ employees is preferred
