Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle payroll for both salaried and hourly employees
Oversee multi-state payroll processing and compliance
Prepare and file 941s and support payroll tax reporting requirements
Handle payroll-related taxes, reconciliations, and reporting
Set up and maintain payroll vendors and support relationships with third-party providers
Administer and report fringe benefits accurately
Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support internal teams as needed
Requirements:
Experience managing full-cycle payroll from start to finish
Strong background in multi-state payroll, taxes, and compliance
Experience with 941 filings, payroll reporting, and reconciliations
Knowledge of vendor setup and payroll systems administration
Familiarity with fringe benefits taxation and reporting
Experience processing payroll for both salary and hourly employees
